Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products (E-books, Videos, etc.) can not be refunded for any reason. However, according to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, a late delivered or defective product can be exchanged / replaced by the vendor. This means that if an E-product is broken, a new one will be sent by ADS within a reasonable time after responding to your E-mail request at [email protected].
